What is an e-shop?
E-shop:
- is software, the access to which is carried out via Internet using a web browser or a mobile application;
- through it goods / services are sold by conclusion of a distance contract (this is any contract concluded between a trader and a consumer as a part of an organized system of remote sales or provision of services from a distance without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer, through the exclusive use of one or more means of remote communication until the conclusion of the contract, including at the time of its conclusion);
- provides the customer with the opportunity to choose goods / services through a consumer basket or otherwise;
- upon it the customer provides contact information, chooses a delivery address and a payment method.
