About attorney-at-law Todorov
Attorney-at-law Todorov has graduated his secondary education at high school of foreign languages with advanced study of English, German and Russian language. After its graduation he has been admitted as a student at specialty „Law“, a regular form of education. During his semester training he has been working as a trainee at a law office. Upon his graduation he has been awarded with a honorary certificate for excellent success in studying. After taking the state exams he has started working as a trainee in a consulting company providing legal, accounting, financial and consulting services. As a part of the legal department of the company he has been taking part in the diverse work with Bulgarian and foreign corporate customers. He has also been cooperating actively in the work of the accounting department of the company. After the successful passing of the exam before the Ministry of Justice for acquisition of legal capacity he has won a competition for the position of an investigating police officer, at which position he has gained experience in the investigating activity in criminal proceedings. Afterwards he has been registered as a full-fledged attorney-at-law at Sofia Bar Association. At this position he has begun performing complex legal service in all areas of law both to Bulgarian and foreign customers. As a result of his active work attorney-at-law Todorov has managed to gain considerable consulting experience, experience in drafting of contracts and other documents with national and international application as well as practice in litigation and in conducting various types of administrative procedures. Attorney-at-law Todorov has taken part in courses of lectures on Corporate Law, Administrative Law and Criminal Law of the United States of America, led by well-established American jurists.
