User's rights and obligations on the sea beach

User's rights and obligations on the sea beach

 

User's rights:

- unhindered and free pedestrian access to the seashore;

- to place his own beach items on the designated free zone in accordance with the approved scheme;

- to use the offered services against payment;

- use of lifeguard services from 08:00 to 18:00;

- use of health and medical services.

User's obligations:

- to comply with the instructions of the lifeguard service;

- not to pollute the seacoast and the sea;

- to follow the rules outlined on indicative, information, warning and prohibitive signboards on the sea beach;

Concessionaire’s obligations:

- not to collect entrance fees and other fees for pedestrian access to the seashore;

- to place indicative signboards with clear schemes of the individual zones, the terms of the contract and the prices of the offered services;

- to provide qualified lifeguards from 08:00 to 18:00;

- to secure the adjacent water area;

- to provide toilets, changing rooms and showers and to carry out sanitary and hygienic maintenance of the beach;

- not to allow illegal construction works.
